Уважаемые ПОМОГИТЕ!!!! Я заказала меховой жилет, прислали с огромными проплешинами, в таком виде его носить нельзя, но можно отремонтировать. Долго спорила с продавцом, он предлагал 18$ или верните жилет, я верну вам деньги полностью.Жилет стоит 75,90$. Я узнала в ателье, что ремонт будет стоить примерно 44$, я честно столько и запросила, продавец не согласен! Отослать жилет назад стоит 15$, для меня это совсем не вариант! Прилагала фото, он настаивает на возврате. Я обострила спор.

Option 2) Return the goods for a full refund. Что мне делать??? Могу ли я еще модераторам предоставить какие либо доказательства, чтобы они изменили процент возврата или уже нет и они ждут только от меня выбора варианта? 20% — это 15$ и я на них не смогу отремонтировать жилет, а вернуть назад заплатив еще 15$ — это вообще не вариант. Что делать, ПОМОГИТЕ ПЛИЗЗЗЗ!!!!
