Обострение спора. Помогите разобраться!
Спасибо, сегодня спустя 10 дней администрация али предложила два варианта:
After reviewing all your evidence for this dispute and all your communication with seller, we noticed that you didn't reach an agreement with seller. Therefore, we made the final 2 solution for this dispute :
1.Partial Refund of 50% (problems of apperance, charteristics, game cannot be open and for the point of battery problem, we did not find any problem from your evidence) or 2. Return For Full Refund, buyer bears the shipping cost. You can choose one of 2 solutions.
Please confirm your choice with us within 3 calender days; If you fail to response , we will issue the refund to you directly as the first solution; If you choose the 2nd solution, we will request seller to provide a returning address; If you would not like to accept all the solutions we provided, your dispute will not be supported and the payment will be released to the seller accordingly.
We hope you understand we made our effort to satisfy you for this dispute. To be honest, international online trade dispute is difficult to mediate, many uncontrollable factors will influence the matter if the transaction can be finished successfully, such as the international logistics delay, the language barrier.
