Претензия - изменились параметры претензии
Так получилось, что я от них получила письмо 2 раза. Первый раз я написала им письмо и забыла указать в письме название темы. А второй раз я отправила тоже самое письмо, только с названием темы "жалоба № 1... и №2..." (жалоба открыта по 2-м сумочкам, заказанным у одного продавца). По-этому я получила 2 ответа.

1. To Contact a Supplier go to "My Orders" on the home page under the "My AliExpress" tab
2. Select the item in question and the supplier details will be seen
3. You may also click on View Details and click the Order tab to view the supplier's direct email address
